Ironwood — known for its density and strength — is a fitting namesake for a brokerage built on staying power. We started Ironwood Associates, operating under Zach Taylor Real Estate, to bring a more personal approach to buying and selling homes across Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia.
Today, agents Juli Freelend and Mike Belau lead every transaction with the same values the firm was founded on: honesty, preparation, and a genuine investment in each client's outcome — not just the sale.
